Billie Winner-Davis, Reality Winner's mother, told Business Insider on Tuesday that President Donald Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, is attempting legal representation to aid the former Air Force language analyst contractor and Kingsville native Reality Winner with her case.
Winner pleaded guilty in 2018 to leaking classified National Security Agency information on Russia's alleged efforts to interfere with the 2016 election. She was found guilty of violating the U.S. Espionage Act and sentenced to five years in prison at the Federal Medical Center-Carswell in Fort Worth, Texas.
In 2016 following her separation from six years of active duty, Winner was hired by Pluribus International Corporation under an NSA contract to work out of Fort Gordon, Georgia.
According to ABC News, Winner printed a classified report detailing how Russian hackers allegedly “executed cyber espionage operations” on local election systems and mailed the documents to The Intercept.
She was arrested on June 3, 2017.
Amazing! Thank you. My daughter Reality Leigh Winner is yet another victim of this admin. Doing hard time for bringing the truth to light. #FreeRealityWinnerhttps://t.co/wU0sg3LeRs

Naked Man Arrested For Hijacking Vegas Bus
July 12, 2008
Say What ?
He Did What ?
Maybe he lost his shirt at a casino.
Police in Las Vegas say they arrested a naked man who stole a beer and then hijacked a bus several miles northeast of the Strip.
Metro Police have identified the naked man they say stole a beer before hijacking a Citizens Area Transit bus.
Authorities say 35-year-old Charles Sell allegedly stole a beer from a 7-11 store on Lamb Boulevard and Washington Avenue around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
When officers arrived, Sell fled the store and climbed onto the back of the moving CAT paratransit bus on Washington Avenue, and broke a window to get in.
That's when police say Sell threw the driver off the bus and drove about 200 yards before jumping off the moving bus.
A Metro officer managed to get inside and stop the bus.
Sell was soon arrested and underwent a mental evaluation at a local hospital.
He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on felony charges of robbery, grand larceny and malicious destruction of private property.
Police say Sell may have been on drugs during the naked heist.
